Caring For Your Glasses

We are confident that you will love your new glasses and enjoy wearing them. To make sure you can wear them for as long as possible, please take note of how to look after your new glasses:

• Never lay the lenses face down on any surface. The lenses will scratch.
• Wash them with clean, warm soapy water to clean them – diluted washing up liquid is good, or you can purchase one of our specialist cleaning sprays to help you to keep them in sparkling condition!
• Dry them on a soft tea-towel or towel – but make sure it’s lint free.
• Check the screws regularly as these can work loose over long periods of wear. You can buy one of our tiny screwdrivers to help you maintain your glasses.
• Never leave them anywhere hot – such as on the dashboard of the car or on top of a fireplace. This can distort the frame and lenses, and may destroy coatings.
• Remember that our glasses are so cheap that it’s not the end of the world if you lose or break them! We keep your details on file so just re-order a replacement pair!
